I have found an article in Ehow.com which will help lazy people in losing weight. LOL. Here’s a list of things to do that will let you loose weight without really doing anything to hard. :wink:

- Sugar Free Gum
- Ice Water
- Massage Oil
- Office Chair

Give a Massage
- Give that special some one a 20 minute massage and you will burn 100 calories and gain some favor points.
Twirl In Your Office chair.
- When you get bored twirl a couple times in your office chair. Do this 60 times and burn 50 calories.
Eat Negative-Calorie Foods

- A company named Andreas is selling a Vinyl Sauna Suit. You where it and it melts away fat by making you sweat. I did something like this when I was thinking of joining the army. They said I was overweight and recommended me to use Saran wrap around my stomach and chest area to burn the fat faster.
- Always try to stay moving. If your sitting down at the computer, tap your foot.
- Stop eating at fast food restaurants.
- If you use Saran Wrap to sweat make sure you drink plenty of water.
