Just this morning, I saw my sister in law drank various types of vitamins and it caught my attention. I asked her if it’s just ok and safe to drink multiple vitamins and she quickly replied yes. Since I was young, I haven’t experienced drinking different vitamins in a day so that’s why I was kind of bothered with what she did. In order for me not to worry, I tried searching the net about this ‘drinking of multiple vitamin‘ thingy. LOL. I have gathered helpful information and thought of not worrying anymore since it’s just fine to drink different types of vitamins in one day.
